Your experience, understood properly.
Ward experience, patient groups and clinical competencies help define a suitable nursing search. Whether your background is in acute care, community nursing or another setting, a clear practice history is a useful starting point.
Skills and experience to document
- Nursing qualification and training transcript
- Current registration and previous registrations
- Ward types, patient groups and practical competencies
- Recent references, CPD and a complete employment history
Start with a summary. Keep supporting documents ready, but do not send confidential records or identity scans through the initial enquiry form.
Qualifications, licensing and recognition
A destination nursing regulator may require credential checks, evidence of recent practice or a competence assessment. An overseas nursing qualification does not by itself establish local registration.
Language that supports the work
Focus on patient conversations, documentation and handovers. Check the nursing regulator’s current English evidence rules before booking IELTS or OET.

Your questions
Can I enquire before completing an English test?
Yes. Tell us your current level and any previous results. A preparation discussion can happen before a test is booked; required results still need to be met.
Can I get a job abroad with no experience?
You can explore roles where employers accept beginners. Start with your practical skills, training, language and availability. We help you prepare an honest profile and discuss suitable recruitment-search priorities; the employer and work-permission requirements still need to be checked.
